Aleinu Safe Camp

Aleinu SAFE CAMP promotes a safe summer experience for day and overnight camp directors, counselors and campers. Directors and counselors participate in the Aleinu BOOT CAMP training workshops designed to educate them about creating a camp atmosphere that encourages appropriate relationships. Aleinu BOOT CAMP covers such topics as:

Bullying Prevention
Dealing with Difficult Situations and Campers
Steps to Conflict Resolution
Creating a Positive Camp Environment

An Aleinu Boot Camp Certificate is issued to each person, camp director or counselor, who participates in the training.

An Aleinu Boot Camp Certificate is issued to camps once their staff is trained the Guidelines for Counselor-Camper Contact are signed by all staff members. Training Certification demonstrates to parents the commitment a camp has to providing a safe and nurturing environment for their child’s growth and learning during the summer months.
